Trina Duncan, DVM with Cat EarlDr. Trina Duncan, Chief of Staff, has been at South Bend Animal Clinic for 20 years. She was born in Ohio but spent the majority of her childhood in Greenwood, Indiana. She received an undergraduate degree from Ball State University in Muncie and a DVM degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette.

During her senior year of veterinary school, Dr. Duncan externed at the Wildlife Center of Virginia. Right after graduation, she joined the South Bend Animal Clinic team in 1995. She has spent her entire veterinary career here, saying she never left because "South Bend Animal Clinic is such a wonderful place!"

Dr. Duncan has a special interest in small animal medicine and soft tissue surgery. Outside of work, when the weather allows, she enjoys camping with family and backpacking. She also enjoys gardening (hoping to grow her own food each spring) and spending time with her husband and two sons.

Jennifer Thibert, DVM with Dog BunnyDr. Jennifer Thibert grew up in Palatine, Illinois and currently lives in South Bend, Indiana. She attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, earning both an undergraduate degree and a DVM degree in 2007 and 2011 respectively.

Before joining South Bend Animal Clinic, Dr. Thibert interned at Southern Arizona Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center in Tucson, Arizona for one year, and then worked as an emergency veterinarian for one year. Animal emergency medicine, dermatology and oncology are her main medical interests.

Dr. Thibert has two dogs at home — Maggie, a 7-year-old collie/shepherd mix, and Bunny, a 4-year-old collie. She enjoys hiking with them and her husband, as well as reading, in her spare time.

Molly King, DVM with Cat MaisyDr. Molly King joined the South Bend Animal Clinic team in August 2015. She grew up in Aurora, IL and currently lives in South Bend, IN. Dr. King completed undergraduate studies at Augustana College (Rock Island, IL) in 2012 before heading to the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine, where she earned a DVM degree in 2015. Her special interests include soft tissue surgery, oncology and diagnostic imaging (radiology and ultrasound).

Outside of work, Dr. King loves theater and practices improv comedy locally. She also enjoys cooking and baking, catching the latest movies at the theater, and spending time outdoors. She also has a cat named Maisy.
