Dear Loyal Clients,
After much consideration and thought, we have decided to focus our attention, resources, and facility accomodations on the medical care and hospitalization needs of our patients. With this in mind, as of August 1, 2015, we will no longer offer routine pet boarding at our hospital.
For current patients who may require more medical attention and/or care than the average boarding facility can provide, we will offer medical boarding for a fee of $29 per day plus the cost of any medication dispensed or administered.
Our licensed veterinary technician and medically trained assistants will be caring for these patients while they are boarding. Please note that this does not involve overnight care or treatment that requires a veterinarian.
To ensure that we have proper personnel scheduled, we request a two-week notice if patients will need to board over weekends or holidays. Because this is a medical setting where sick animals will also be hospitalized, all boarding pets will be require to have current vaccinations against Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHLPP), Bordetella (Kennel Cough) and Canine Influenza.
We feel this decision is in the best interest of your furry family members as well as for our ability to provide the best medical care possible to our patients. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
